Wix website help

Most Wix sites don't need a new platform. They need clearer pages, forms that reach you and tracking you can trust. We scope work on the Wix site you have, and say plainly when a move would serve you better.

Stay and improve on Wix when

  • You and your team are comfortable editing in Wix.
  • The problems are copy, photos, page order or forms, not missing features.
  • The Wix apps you rely on, such as bookings or the store, do what you need.
  • You'd rather leave hosting to Wix than choose and manage it yourself.

Look at something else when

What Wix allows

From the platform's own help pages, linked beside each point.

  • Wix's help center explains that a working Wix site runs on Wix's own hosted platform and can't be exported and hosted somewhere else. Moving means rebuilding the design and features, then reviewing the content on the new site. (Wix Help Center)

How we work with that: improvements happen inside Wix, with its editor and the apps it supports. If the review finds a job Wix can't do, the scope says so and offers the options: a workaround inside Wix, or a planned rebuild elsewhere.

What we do on a Wix site

Each item is scoped and priced in writing before work starts.

Pages and copy
Rewrite and reorder the pages that bring in calls, so each one says what you do, where you work and how to reach you.
Forms and calls
Check that every form and call button reaches the right inbox or phone, and fix the ones that don't.
Tracking
Set up or check Google Analytics and key events for form sends and call taps, within what Wix supports.
Local search basics
Clear page titles and descriptions, and the same name, address and phone on the site as on your Google Business Profile. Business Profile checklist
A planned move, if it comes to that
When staying stops making sense, we scope a rebuild on WordPress or another platform. Wix to WordPress

What to have ready

  • Your Wix site address.
  • The Wix apps and features you use: bookings, forms, store, members or blog.
  • The pages that bring in most calls or inquiries.
  • What isn't working: a form, a page, tracking, or how the site looks on phones.
  • Who manages your domain and email today.

Please don't send passwords through the form. Access is arranged after the scope is agreed.

What changes the scope

  • How many pages need new copy, photos or layout work.
  • Which Wix apps are involved, and whether a job needs a workaround inside Wix.
  • Whether tracking exists today and what it should count.
  • How ready your copy and photos are.
  • Whether the review points to staying on Wix or to a planned move.

How pricing works

You get a written scope, price and timeline before any work starts.

If the answer is a rebuild: website planning ranges, one-time (any platform)

Quick Launch Website
$2,500 - $5,000+

Prices shown are non-binding planning estimates for budgeting only. They are not guaranteed pricing, a contractual offer, or a promise to perform work for the listed amount. Final scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing require a discovery conversation, review of project materials and technical requirements, a written proposal or statement of work, and a signed agreement. Third-party costs, ad spend, taxes, rush work, integrations, content readiness, revisions, and technical complexity can change the final price.

What we won't promise

  • A working copy of your Wix site on other hosting. Wix doesn't offer that, so a move is a rebuild.
  • Features Wix doesn't support. The scope says so instead.
  • A ranking, a traffic number or a lead count.

Questions

Do I have to leave Wix to get a better website?

No. Many problems are copy, layout, forms or tracking, and those can be fixed in Wix. The written scope says what we'll change and anything Wix can't do.

Can you export my Wix site to WordPress?

Not as a working copy. Wix says a live Wix site can't be exported to run elsewhere, so a move means rebuilding the design and carrying the content across. What a Wix to WordPress move involves

Will improving my Wix site help on Google?

Clear service pages, matching contact details and a complete Google Business Profile help people and search engines understand the business. Nobody can promise a ranking. Google Business Profile checklist

Who looks after the site afterwards?

Wix runs the hosting. Pages, forms and tracking still need an owner: your team, or a monthly CARE plan. CARE plans
